Why is this important
Your computer puts out a lot of heat while in operation. To combat this the computer has inside heat sinks and fans to move the heat out of the computer. Failing to keep these systems clean degrads their performance, and in time the computer will start to overheat and fail. A computer has an electrostatic field around it similar to your TV and most other electronic devices. The electrostatic field will attract dust, thus clogging the moving parts and insulating the heat sinks degrading their usefulness. Computers have multiple fans to move air throughout the system. These fans will act like a vacuum cleaner and pull in hair, dirt, dander and other particles from the area surrounding the computer. To the right you will see pictures of computers in the before column that have not had proper cleaning maintenance and in the after column having received the cleaning service.
